Oil and Gas Job Search is a CareerBuilder-owned recruitment platform dedicated to the energy, oil and gas industries, connecting specialised candidates with employers in a highly competitive international market. I led the visual identity refresh and developed a more distinctive, professional and scalable brand system for the platform. The work included brand direction, logo and visual language, UI design, marketing assets, sales materials, white papers, event materials and social media content. The main challenge was to create a brand that felt both specialised and accessible — credible for employers and industry professionals, while remaining clear, engaging and easy to deploy across digital, print and commercial touchpoints.
