Talents du Livre
Talents du Livre is an editorial marketplace designed to help authors find the right professionals for their book projects — editors, beta readers, illustrators, cover designers, layout designers, writing coaches and communication specialists. As founder and product designer, I designed the experience from the ground up: positioning, visual identity, author and provider journeys, service directory, profiles, quote requests, messaging, collaboration tracking, dashboards and project support. The main design challenge was to make a complex ecosystem — creative work, freelance services, trust, quotes, payments and project follow-up — clearer, more structured and easier to use for different types of users.
