CareerBuilder
CareerBuilder is an international recruitment platform connecting job seekers, employers and recruitment teams through job boards, talent acquisition tools and career resources. My work focused on UI and visual design for digital product experiences across desktop and mobile. I contributed to interfaces helping candidates explore career paths, understand job opportunities, compare salary expectations and discover relevant openings. I also worked on employer-facing and acquisition-focused experiences, including product pages, landing pages, commercial tools and visual systems designed to make CareerBuilder’s solutions clearer, more consistent and easier to present. The main design challenge was to bring clarity and consistency to a complex B2B/B2C ecosystem serving multiple audiences: candidates, employers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
