CareerBuilder’s brand ecosystem supported a wide range of audiences and touchpoints: job seekers, employers, recruiters, sales teams and internal stakeholders. My work focused on translating the brand into clear, consistent and engaging communication systems across digital and print assets: product marketing materials, sales presentations, white papers, social media content, campaign visuals, event materials and internal tools. The main challenge was to maintain visual consistency while adapting the message to different contexts — from employer acquisition and sales enablement to candidate engagement and corporate communication. During my time at CareerBuilder, the company also reimagined its brand around a broader platform idea: redefining success as personal success for all. The new visual identity was bold, colourful and more human. This brand effort helped CareerBuilder earn a ranking in the US Top 20 “Fastest Growing Brands for 2022” among Gen X audiences by Morning Consult.
